Every year the board of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals selects an external non-clinical research speaker for its annual European Conference. For the November 2013 edition in Brussels, we invited Peter Musschoot to host a very interactive keynote. Remarkable what happened after the 60 minutes which he had animated just before lunch: other conference speakers, participants and board members mentioned the word ‘solution’ more than once in their conversations and presentations.
